4 Earth Global’s building products are scientifically formulated, combining recycled plastic, organic waste materials and various additives to manufacture highly affordable, durable composite construction materials.

All buildings have been designed by leading global architects and structural civil engineers and are delivered in flat-packed form with all the necessary materials and detailed instructions to easily construct within a week.

All products are more cost effective than any other competitor products and include a range of homes (especially for developing countries), carports, decking, cladding, fencing, sheds and more.

Homes

4 Earth Global’s homes have unique insulation properties rendering the property warm in winter and cool in summer making them ideal in housing applications. The product does not expand and contract through the different season changes and ideal for any climate.

There are a variety of colours and treatments to choose from and due to the nature of the materials, various external and internal treatments, including cladding can be applied, so that the house can assimilate brick, painted plaster, wood, and more, all maintenance free.

Specifications:

Profile thicknesses range from 12 mm – 70 mm.
Concrete slab/foundation to be poured.
Fitted with steel mesh and plastic damp proofing supplied.
Insulation via air pocket design in walls and roof.
Walls, doors, hinges, window frames, handles, locks, window latches (ironmongery) trusses, roof, hurricane ties, nuts, bolts and screws are supplied in flat-pack form.
Windowpanes can be provided from recycled PET bottles.
Does not include electrical and plumbing.

Sizes range from 12 sqm to 48 sqm (further options are available) and the designs are modular enabling additional rooms to be added when required. Double storey homes are also available.

CLINICS/ CLASSROOMS/ TRAINING ROOMS

These quick to construct buildings are ideal as a classroom, training room, clinic or site management office offering all the benefits and options of our homes. Two or more together create a perfect community centre. Typical size is 18 sqm with other sizes available.

DISASTER RELIEF SHELTERS

4 Earth Global’s Disaster Relief Shelters are permanent structures (which can be moved) with built-in insulation unlike the plastic sheeting and tents which are currently used. They have all the properties and options as our standard homes and can be constructed within days. Typical size is 18sqm but other sizes available.

Fencing

Quick to construct beautiful, highly durable fencing using vertical uprights which include a galvanised steel post raw bolted to the concrete foundation.

4 finishes available: sanding, embossed wood grain, 3D co-extruded wood grain or simple wire brush.
Maintenance-free, UV protected, flame retardant, treated for mould, fungi, termites, and wood borers.

STORAGE BUILDING WITH CARPORT

This building is perfect for storage as well as a covering for a car, motorbike, bicycles, outdoor furniture, etc. Typical size is 18sqm with a profile thickness of 28 mm and colours offered are beige, light grey and dark grey.

SHEDS

The perfect maintenance-free outdoor storage space for all climates. A variety of garden sheds are available with sizes ranging from 4 sqm to 16 sqm with a typical profile thickness of 70 sqm. Other options available. Colours offered are beige, light grey and dark grey.

These arrive in flat-pack form with detailed instructions to easily assemble within days.
