Our production plants are designed around a POD manufacturing system and all machines have been designed to process our various formulations. The manufacturing facility is fully automated from material silos to automatic dosing, mixing, compounding, and final profile production.

ZERO CARBON DIOXIDE EMISSIONS
4 Earth Global’s manufacturing production plants produce zero carbon dioxide. In the recycling section, all water is reused and filtered. When pelletising, the only emission is steam from the moisture left on the plastic after washing but this is trapped, sucked out using an enclosed vacuum vent and pumped into the water cooling system. At the stage of producing the profiles, the same applies as steam is generated again from the plastic and the fibre. Even when there could be some harmful volatiles from the inks used to print on the bottles or packaging, this is sucked out by the vacuum vents with the water and disappears in filtration.
